He has worked in engineering for Canadian General Electric and was Vice President-Research and Engineering at Premier Cablesystems Ltd., formerly Canada´s largest cable company. Mr. Davis has been President & CEO of two university companies which developed and commercialized technologies arising from research and development carried out in the Universities. He has also been CEO of a technology and licensing company specializing in the fields of data transmission and high quality computer server applications. He has owned and operated two successful consulting companies with major projects in Canada, the United States and Great Britain. Mr. Davis has recently resigned as Vice President, Finance and Operations, of University Canada West (UCW), Canada´s first private, for-profit University.
